The formation of the fabric is made by the movement of the facer warp yarn
(70 denier polyester) being moved around the weft yarn ( 1,000 denier polyester)
by the #1 yarn guide bar , the needle bar is moved and locks the backer warp
yarns in a knitted loop with the face warp ends.
No beams are supplied for the facer yarns or the backer yarns for this machine.
Machine is operational at 800 rpms
